IN THE NEWS:

Bryer draws from his experiences working with water sanitation projects in third world countries to give insight into the best practices for helping these communities. Sometimes the best projects are the simplest that don't need to be reinvented.

Bryer Sousa is studying mathematics at the University of Southern Maine. He is the first ever recipient of the Davis Foundation $10,000 Projects for Peace grant, which he used to co-found Water for ME Foundation. He is a recipient of the Maine Campus Compact Heart and Soul Award. Bryer has also authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and a chapter of a forthcoming book as well as a memoir of Max Slabotsky.
